Returns

We’re sorry you didn’t love your piece. All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Please use our Returns & Exchanges portal to request a return and for details on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please do not “return to sender” without notifying us first.

We kindly ask that once the return/exchange request has been approved, the customer sends the item(s) back to us within 7 days. If it takes more than 7 days, we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange.

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. Any items that are considered to be used, damaged or washed will sadly be refused for a refund, with the exception of faulty items (see below).

Successful returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. Any items that are considered to be used, damaged or washed will sadly be refused for a refund/exchange, with the exception of faulty items (see below).

Successful exchanges will be shipped to you within 2–4 days.

Faulty Items

At 3WEST we thoroughly check all orders for any faults before dispatching and carefully package to ensure your items arrive to you in perfect condition.

If you feel you have received a faulty item, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Please use our Returns & Exchanges portal within the 14 day return period to request a return and details on how to send it back to us.

All faulty items returned will be inspected by our team on receipt. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear or damage will not be accepted as faulty. We also cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed.

Please advise if you would like a replacement or refund for your faulty item when you contact us about the fault. If the item is not in stock we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Note: Returns incur a £4.95 shipping fee. Free return labels are not available.
